DISTANCE REIKI
Distance Reiki healing is perfect when sessions cannot be done in person. In such cases, Reiki is sent across any distance from eh practitioner to the client. This treatment typically proceeds as follows: A check-in via phone or text; a date and time for the treatment is set; at the agreed time the practitioner, utilizing the sacred Reiki symbols and protocol, conduct the session in private. The client does not attend the session in person. Upon completion the practitioner will phone or text the client to tell them when and for how long they will be receiving the Reiki energies associated with this treatment; after that, upon request, a follow-up can be scheduled.

ONLINE BODYWORK
As with my in-person massage sessions an Online Bodywork session is a combination of all my modalities and disciplines but, of course, without touch. The energetic connection is paramount. As such, of the session the client is to remain fully clothed in something soft and comfortable and is asked to be in a warm, private, safe, and quiet space where they can sit or lay down comfortably. The camera should be positioned to provide as complete a view of the client as possible. The session proceeds with a check in, then a slow scan and connection to the clients entire body, similar to a guided meditation. Places of soreness, pain, tension, and /or holding, whether somatic or emotional, will be addressed energetically, with focused attention. Clients have been very, very pleased with how these online sessions can result in then same level of healing as an in-person session. I personally have been amazed at how deeply, healing, insightful and grounding these session can be.
The best video app to use will be discussed and decided prior to the appointment.
All Online Bodywork sessions will be performed during open office hours only.
